Once the screws are out and the wire is unclipped, it should pull straight out.

How to actually remove it?

Easy ! There is one ignition coil FOR EACH SPARK PLUG in this engine- six total You remove the two 10mm nuts holding each coil to the head cover, then the coils just lift right out. The spark plug is down in a well under its coil. You will see the top of the spark plug after that plug's coil is removed. There are three on each side. The drivers side may have a metal brace bar in the way. Unbolt this to get to the back coil and spark plug. Note that these are Platinum plugs and are not cheap. Use only the correct Acura recommended plugs. They are good for 60000 miles under normal use assuming the engine is in good shape. You need a standard deep-well spark plug socket tool to remove and install them. Caution: This engine has aluminum heads. DO NOT cross thread the plugs or you will have a big expensive problem. Also DO NOT remove them while engine is hot. You may want to blow out the dirt from the wells before taking the plugs out too, so nothing gets into the cylinders. Put a drop of oil or anti-seize on the threads of the new plugs. Makes them easier to get out next time. How do change the spark plugs on an 92 acura legend?
